About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To meet as many new people from as many different countries as I can and take a photo with them and their favourite thing!
ABOUT ME
I am a tall, slender, fair skinned ginger with blue/gray eyes... And enough of the personal ad haha! I will be graduating in December 2013 with a double degree in Political Studies and Sociology. I am hoping to do my master's in Public Health. I am very outgoing and talkative about basically any topic under the sun. That being said, I also like my quiet time and I am content to sit and read a book. I am pretty easy going and laid back in general.
PHILOSOPHY
Stay fit and have fun! (Just kidding, I don't know if anyone remembers those fitness commercials, but they were hilarious). I live my life for the moments where you just want to be doing exactly what you are doing at that exact point in time and you couldn't imagine doing anything else.
Interests
I love hiking, biking, skiing, and anything outdoors that involves nature. I spent a whole summer living at a provincial park, which was pretty amazing!
I also love different cuisines. Trying new foods is really fun and I will try anything once.
Another passion of mine is gymnastics. I coached competitive gymnastics and it is a lot of fun. If anyone is interested we can go to drop in gymnastics and I can teach you how to do a back flip :P (Or maybe just a somersault). I also do yoga, ballet, and belly dancing.
I love learning new things! If someone has something they are passionate about, I like learning about it from them.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy almost all genres of music with the exception of country and metal. Currently my favourite bands are: MGMT, The Arcade Fire, The Shins, Pink Floyd, and the list could go on! I am pretty much open to listening to any music and I love going to live shows.
I usually read a lot in my spare time, but university has been keeping me way too busy to enjoy reading as much. The last book I read was the Hunger Games series, and I am currently reading Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep. (As well as reading a book about Canadian federalism, but that hardly counts)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking 10km to the top of a mountain in Jasper, Alberta and then camping at the most beautiful spot overlooking the forest. It was completely secluded and overwhelmingly quiet compared to the city. Definitely an amazing place to be.
