ABOUT ME

Music, movies and nature are probably my top three passions currently in life, although I am currently trying out traveling (backpacking) for the first time and am loving it so far. I recently received my Bachelor´s degree in Statistics, which I love to use to investigate many of the questions and curiosities I have about this planet we live on.

PHILOSOPHY

After pushing myself very hard in school, I am currently trying to unwind myself, relax, and go with the flow. Planning for your future is important, but life is too short (chiché! slap me but it´s true) to let current opportunities fly by.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am very new to CouchSurfing. I heard it first from my good friend Kim Anh Luong (look her up; she is a very good host). Once I heard about it I wanted to jump in immediately, unfortunately since then I have never been in a situation where I could host people, but plan on doing so once I get back to California. Currently, I am on a 3-month long trip through South America with 2 friends and we will be attempting to get at least one CouchSurfing experience in there.

Interests

Good food (I was spoiled with four years of delicious Bay Area cuisine), good music, good movies. My dream job would be as a photographer. As technical as I am I probably enjoy the arts above anything else, I'm just not artistic myself. I love meeting new people, as I got to do in college, but have yet

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably the most amazing thing I have done in my lifetime (if I could only choose one) is drive from San Luis Obispo, California to Missoula, Montana and hike in the Lolo National Forrest. A gorgeous drive, and a beautiful hike that ends at a half-dome looking over a valley of small lakes.
