Back to school to get my education degree at Iowa State University. Planning on doing some weekend trips around the Midwest this year.

PHILOSOPHY

The ancient ruins aren't going anywhere.

There's a lot of cool people in the world, and we're not all that different when you get down to it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted many people from the US, including from California, Brooklyn, Buffalo, and Minnesota, and others from Australia and France. I've been a guest in Guadalajara, Mexico; Vitoria, Spain; and Athens, Greece. I've also meet some surfers in meetings and get-togethers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Each time it surpasses my previous experience. Exploring the Basque countryside, taking part in a protest, and eating and drinking at the Saturday market in Vitoria was a very memorable two-night couchsurfing experience.
