I started CS to make connections while I was overseas.
And a little about me?... I like staying busy, and I'll try anything twice. But, I also know the value of a moment spent by yourself with a good playlist on shuffle.
I recycle the three same jokes, and I try not to take life too seriously.

My friend that I was traveling around with unfortunately wasn't game for CouchSurfing, but now that I'm home, I can host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had the opportunity to host while living in Spain, and I loved having the chance to show off both the 'important' sights and my favorite corners. I can't to wait to surf on my next trip; I think the Couchsurfing philosophy and community gives your travels a richer purpose beyond map-waving and camera-clicking.

Interests

When I'm not traveling... I'm riding my horse, training for a marathon (eek!), or sneaking healthy ingredients into desserts.
I am currently studying to be a teacher for High School students who speak English as a second language, so my life is also defined by the experiences of teaching and learning amid an inspiring mix of cultures.
