About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To have a good look around the world and leave as little trace as possible
ABOUT ME
I believe traveling is the best drug in the world and it is the best way to learn about yourself and human interaction. I have traveled a good bit around Ireland Europe, the Northwest of America and Southern Africa. I've loads of varied interests but music is high up as is football (the world's game), swimming, hiking, camping, fishing, rafting, reading, cooking, meditation & quality time with family and friends.
PHILOSOPHY
Life has no meaning unless you give it meaning. People make the world go around . . . each one teach one.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've met up a few times with the Dublin couch surfers and always get a good buzz from the gatherings. I enjoy seeing the way people can meet and share stories of traveling. I've hosted a couple guests and also discovered what it's like to be a couchsurfer in Newcastle-Upon Tyne, London, Oxford, Berlin & most recently Zurich .
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Have stayed at numerous friends and friends of friends places over the years and have met folks in Dublin whom I got along with well enough to invite to stay at my place & show around. Haven't had a bad experience while using the website. All the people who have hosted me have shared interesting travel stories with me and helped me feel more comfortable and familar with the destination I am visiting.
