I am an avid whitewater kayaker and rafter. I also like other active outdoor sports like mt-biking, paragliding, overland driving. I shamefully enjoy blockbuster action movies :-/ Love adventure travel. Love playing with my wife and two kids - I love sharing wild places and laughs with them.
I am really committed to changing the world through my work - I am an engaged university researcher and teacher on poverty and tourism.
