Resumen
Sobre mí
**I'm currently away on a trip, which means I unfortunately won't be able to host for a while. **
Hi, I’m Sara! I graduated in Software Engineering. I grew up in Brasilia, Brazil’s capital as well as in the countryside of the region which is known by its mountains and beautiful waterfalls. So nature it’s really important to me. As an IT professional, I do love technology but I also love music, art, food, and nature and animals and water sports. I love going out in the city and doing new things. The reason why I am on CS and why I keep traveling it’s because I want to continue doing new things and learn more about myself and explore new ways to see the world. When I’ve traveled in the past my favorite component has been the people I’ve met, the relationships I’ve built and the connections I’ve made. I think I would bring kindness, I like to see a smile on people's faces I like sharing my energy with people and bringing them along in my adventures.
Besides, I’ll always have a good history to tell and a good wine…

Música, películas y libros
My top 3 books (at the moment):
1. Posthumous Memories of Brás Cubas
It is a critically acclaimed and influential novel by Machado de Assis. Its innovative narrative style and profound social commentary have sparked both praise and debate within the literary community, solidifying its place as a significant work in Brazilian literature.
2. 1984
A renowned dystopian novel by George Orwell, depicting a chilling totalitarian society where individuality is suppressed and government control is absolute. It serves as a powerful warning about the dangers of surveillance and the erosion of personal freedom.
3. Das Kapital
The English translation of the book is titled "Capital: Critique of Political Economy." It is a comprehensive analysis of capitalism, exploring economic theory, labor exploitation, and the dynamics of capitalist societies. The work is considered a key reference in the study of the capitalist economic system and has had a significant influence on social and political thought.
My musical taste is quite eclectic, but lately, I've been listening a lot pop artists. When it comes to movies, my favorite is Tropa de Elite (Elite Squad), not only for its captivating story, but also because it takes place in Rio, my favorite city in Brazil. In addition, I like comic, drama and romantic movies. If you have any movie recommendations, I'd love to hear them!
Algo increíble que he hecho
One of the most amazing experiences I had was during a hike I did with friends in Paraty. We walked for hours until we reached a deserted beach at the perfect moment of sunset. We were speechless when we saw the seawater completely pink, reflecting the colors of the sky. It was such a magical scene that seemed unreal. We spent the night on the beach, awake telling stories and admiring the bioluminescence of the water because of the waves. It was a unique and special moment that will stay forever in my memory as one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had.
