HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I havent participate yet, but I would really like to host people in my place in the Quebec City center... I have been member for a year now but havent even tried it. I think that the most exciting thing about this CS thing is the sharing of experiences, knowledge of places and cultures. Accepting to have a beer and SHARE the roof with someone you dont even know is tearing down barriers between people, and this is a big step in changing the way people think and live in 2009.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ive had no CS experience yet, I didnt host anyone and havent been to anyones house but I look forward to! I also look forward to hosting people since I just moved to the Quebec City center in an awwwwwwesome place!!!!

Guitar playin and singin loud ...!
Also travelling, havin a beer, a good camp fire, a good veggie meal...
I also read a lot on food (Ive been vegetarian for almost 3 years now) and how we can change the way we eat in order to minimize our footprint. I can cook pretty good veggie meal! Anyway!
Im also interested to Rural and Vernacular Architecture from all around the world to see how people adapt to the different climate condition and what would be the strategies to improve the way we build! I really like to see concerts also...

And yeah, Snowboarding is always the best thing to do in winter. Having a beer after snowboarding comes right after.

The Big Lebowski would be my pick... Best Movie ever.
Im also into Rock, Punk, Country and Folk music... And some reggae too! Propagandhi is probably my favorite band
followed by Randy and the Beatles.
And I actually prefer books that are filled with pictures... worth much more words!

Travellin and meeting people all around Europe (living a year in France near the Alps) and having almost complete my architecture studies (6 years now!).

The Alps are maybe the most awesome place Ive been (snowboarding!!!!).
