PHILOSOPHY

Although I love having fun, I tend to focus on the more serious aspects of life. My experiences have brought me in touch with many hurting people, so my senses are atuned to helping those in need. I love helping people, but I have also realized the need to have some fun for myself, thus my new focus on travel aznd the lighter side of life. Ask me more about my background and how I have been involved in helping people. The answer will someday be a book. The rest of my personal philosophy is to treat others as I would like to be treated. I truly believe in stepping out of the box to be sensitive to others around us and to strive to be selfless. I believe the world needs a good dose of unselfishness and sensitivity to the needs of others.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love reading anything by Brad Meltzer. Love political fiction. Movies- Well I love them all except for stupid comedy. I do love the Madea movies though. Give me a good drama anyday. Oh, and I am just CRAZY about Sci-Fi!! Could watch Star Wars or The Next generation all day!!

Music- Of course as a child of the 80's I don't believe it gets any better than that. I also love classical. My favorite is Rachmanioff Symphony No. 2 It is just a beautiful piece of music, esp. movement three!! Calms my soul every time I listen to it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have traveled to Central America (Belize) and loved the country. I worked with a Christian missionary there. It was fun to meet all the different people. I was a brave soul back then (in college). Everyone else was going on trips with groups- not me. I had to go alone! I had never been out of the country before (except to canada) and I found myself being brave and going to CA to meet the missionary by myself. I am an adventurer. I also accepted a short term job driving a horse trailer across country in 09 just after the econmy crashed. It was hard work but LOADS of fun!! Ask me about that experience!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can always help someone get in touch with the spiritual side of themselves as most of my life was focused on spirituality. On the flip side, I am always looking for people who can help me learn how to relax more since I have generally been a little more on the uptight side of things.
