Hi! I'm Eduardo, Brazilian, 24 years old and I just quit my job as a software developer to pursue my dream, which is travel around Latin America!

Started my journey in January 31/2020

I've being learning the art of photography and videomaking in the past few months and hoping that one day I might transform this new hobby in some kind of occupation.

My objective here is to connect with people and make friends for life!

(Also I got say that my Spanish is pretty terrible)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why not !? I mean, this is the perfect opportunity to travel, save some money and the best of all, to share experiences! To be able to see my destinations and my travels with the eyes of a local resident is something unique and definitely my way of traveling! No offense to hotels, but my goal as a backpacker is to connect with people and the way I see it, Couchsurfing is the perfect place for that!

I am very open-minded when it comes to art.
Nowadays I'm listening to a little bit of everything, a bit more of rap I would say, I used to listen to a lot of rock and heavy metal, my favorite band is Led Zeppelin. Although albuns like DAMN from Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole`s 4 Your Eyez Only between others expanded my music taste.
Also, I LOVE Brazilian music, I believe that it is a huge part of the country's culture.

Movies are one of my passions, my all-time favorites are city of god, into the wild, hoop dreams, the godfather, apocalypse now, star wars, her, among many others.

I like reading some medieval fantasy, have read all of the game of thrones books.

Also, I'm really into TV Shows, my favorite one is by far The Office (That's what she said)! But breaking bad, game of thrones, how I met your mother and mad men are also in my heart <3

Soy muy de mente abierta cuando se trata de arte.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Finland, they have this very strange tradition of making a sauna and then diving into a frozen lake (?)
Like, you are in a heat of 80 ° C and suddenly you run (naked) and throw yourself in the almost frozen water.
And as a good guest, I did it and it was one of the best feelings I ever felt in my life, except for the part I thought was going to die.
