ABOUT ME

I am a daughter of mixed cultures and traditions both from Europe and Southern Africa. I am a professional dancer trained in Classical Indian dance and African-Contemporary dance. I also hold a degree in Psychology and am continuing my search and studies into bodywork and therapy. I love my Yoga, am a certified teacher & Shiatsu therapist and have studied Eastern philosophy. I am a philosophy baby! I enjoy fresh healthy foods, nature, music, wisdom & knowledge and people with a good heart. I have had the chance to live and travel in Europe, Southern Africa, India and South America.
We are all on a journey of learning and transforming the human mind and rising in universal consciousness.
