My former housemates and I have hosted CouchSurfers a number of times, and have had good experiences.

I've gotten Cat Scratch Fever and lived. And on a separate occasion, my lung collapsed in a scuba accident, but it reinflated.

I'm a guitar player, and I can teach guitar, harmonica, and vocal music. I also am pretty handy and can teach household repair skills. I can tutor in Spanish, too.
