Overview
About Me
I have spent the last 5 years living and studying in the wonderful city of Glasgow mostly. I graduated this summer in aeronautical engineering, and would love to use this to develop technology that will aid in natural disaster relief efforts or the space industry. I also lived in Munich (another amazing city) for 7 months. There I worked with satellite communication in a university ground station for my Masters project.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To see beyond the traditional tourist side of places and meet locals, gain some insight as to what their home means to them, and share my own interests.
I have not been in a position where I could host anybody yet, but look forward to a time when I will be able to share my perspective of what it means to me to be a local somewhere.
Interests
I have travelled a lot with friends and family, but always been interested to travel on my own as it will be a completely different experience. I love a chilled day in the park, a quiet drink in a pub, or letting loose on a night out. Up for anything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A month long rail trip through 8 mainland European countries with friends. The freedom of deciding day-to-day which country you want to travel to is incredibly liberating.
