Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've chosen to go 'walk about' and believe the best way to do this is to meet with people who know local areas. Also I'm not rich so sharing accommodation would help me along on my shoestring budget. Hopefully integrating with local people with help me avoid Starbucks and McDonalds!

I'm into a wide range of music including classical, folk, hip hop, world music, indie, some dance, rock, blues, soul etc.
Some of my favourite authors are Neil Gaiman, Tolkien and Bukowski.
