I feel really connected to nature and love spending time outdoors, camping, looking at stars, laying in the grass in the light of the sun or the shade of trees. I love birds, their beauty, listening to their chirping and watching their elegant sailing through the skies, I love cats and all the animal friends, plants, gardening, cooking... I love children, their purity, honesty, and curiosity, I love elderly and their wisdom... painting, music, silence, dancing, any authentic expression... beautifully decorated spaces, anything made with love and care... I feel the energy we put into things shines through them, whether it is a meal, or an art peace or just the way we move through life, though our ordinary everyday life...
I feel connected to the Spirit, one Life that is in all of us.. I feel oneness and love with the whole of existence, with all the opposites within it, and within us.. All have a place and all are an expression of One Love...
