I've been very fortunate and I love my life. I have a wonderful family, many great friends, and the best dog on Earth. I often find myself in beautiful places and interesting situations.

I traveled in Latin America for more than 3.5 years. It was a humbling experience, a real education. I've also seen a big chunk of North America. My next big trip will be by bicycle, I think.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've witnessed birth and death, seen whales jumping, an active volcano, a raging wildfire, a huge herd of caribou, big waves, Aurora Borealis, lightning (up close), and many other things that changed the way I think.
