To backpack all of Europe over the next 6 months with my Hubby

ABOUT ME

My name is Dura & I've currently been a nomad for a few years serving G-d through Christian mission work around the world. I love helping others and being apart of the change in the world & my desire is to see hope & love brought to the nations.

I'm a photographer and I love all things music. I love spontaneous things, especially travel. I really enjoy trying new kinds of food and culture and being able to experience people first hand.

It doesn't take much to make me happy especially with the right people, maybe a glass of wine or a native beer, a few good tunes & I'll be set.

PHILOSOPHY

My life has been changed by Jesus Christ & I've witnessed him bring incredible change to people around the world. He is love, hope, & peace & I want to be apart of it.

"Our firm decision is to work from this focused center: One man died for everyone. That puts everyone in the same boat. He included everyone in his death so that everyone could also be included in his life, a resurrection life, a far better life than people ever lived on their own.

Because of this decision we don't evaluate people by what they have or how they look. We looked at the Messiah that way once and got it all wrong, as you know. We certainly don't look at him that way anymore. Now we look inside, and what we see is that anyone united with the Messiah gets a fresh start, is created new. The old life is gone; a new life burgeons! Look at it! All this comes from the God who settled the relationship between us and him, and then called us to settle our relationships with each other. God put the world square with himself through the Messiah, giving the world a fresh start by offering forgiveness of sins. God has given us the task of telling everyone what He is doing. Were Christ's representatives. God uses us to persuade men and women to drop their differences and enter into Gods work of making things right between them. Were speaking for Christ himself now: Become friends with God; He is already a friend with you.

How? you ask. In Christ. God put the wrong on him who never did anything wrong, so we could be put right with God."

First time couch surfing was in Singapore! & Now I've CS through Israel, Jordan, Vietnam, and all over Europe. I love to hangout with the locals!

Intereses

I love photography and videography. I enjoy playing the guitar/ukulele and singing and in general listening to music. I love going to live concerts and checking out how people around the world use music to express themselves. I enjoy writing and reading.
I love Surfing & Snowboarding and anything really to do with being active. Rock climbing/Mtn Climbing, hiking, running, & playing sports!

Música, películas y libros

I love just about any type of music, but my least favorite is country. I love music that has several instruments & uses the violin, the banjo, and other unique musical forms.

Jim Carrey is one of my favorite actors & i love his movies. I also love action packed movies like Shooter, the Bourne movies, & other like movies.

Trekking through the mountains of Nepal and crossing through 12 rivers with my pack on my head to get home.

Walking through the streets of South Africa working in squatter camps. We frequently saw people healed of diseases, blind eyes opened, deaf ears opened, and the paralyzed able to walk after we prayed over them in Jesus name.

Working in orphanages in India.

Boarded down a volcano in Nicaragua.

Rode a camel in Israel & rode an elephant in Thailand.
