Overview
About Me
I'm Inès and I am almost 22. I live in Paris but I come from toulouse (south of France).
I signed up in 2015 but I never had the occasion to use CS before I travelled within the USA. I had good experiences as a guest and I told myself it could be nice to renew the experience as a host.
I speak french, german and english.
Two years ago , I studied a year at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, I am used to travel and meet new people. So if you're Scottish you are more than welcomed (but also if you are from somewhere else ahah).
I also lived a whole summer in Berlin.
This summer, in order to meet with some friends of last year who live in the USA, I will be traveling on the East Cost: Host me!
I am friendly and I love discovering new cultures. To me, traveling without getting to know the locals and staying in the touristic boundaries is a waste of time.
Don't send unpersonalised requests I won't read them: as it is a studio flat, I also prefer short stays like 2 nights max.
Also because it is a studio flat, I won't host guys who don't have any references. Do not try to contact me !
To make sure you read it all, start your message with the word "chouffe"!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because first of all I really enjoy to meet different people from all over the world and it is so much better to get some insights by a local.
Interests
I love sports and outdoor activities: gym, sailing, handball, rugby...
I also have a passion for music: I play guitar and sing, sometimes my own songs. My ukulele will be my travel companion.
When I visit a new place, I like to go to art museums but also to discover the underground life of a city; I am also into techno and clubbing (but I am not a mess, i promise).

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I like everything: Classic (Chopin, Debussy, Rachel), Jazz, Indie Rock, Techno... I must confess that my weakness is the band Oasis.
Movies: My favorites are "Into the Wild" by Sean Penn, "Sailor & Lula" by David Finscher, Tarantino's movies.. Christopher Nolan is not bad either.
Books: I'ma big fan of the authors from the 19th century: Lamartine, Baudelaire, Oscar Wilde, Maupassant..
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I decided to go to Berlin to find a summer job but I ended up clubbing for 6 weeks and learning German by drinking beers. Oops.
What I Can Share with Hosts
French food' specialities, my good mood, my songs, we'll have a nice time for sure! I might tell you that your cheese is lame in the US, I must apologise in advance.
