Cultural exchange: Staying with a local host or showing someone around city can offer a more authentic and immersive cultural experience than staying in a hotel or resort.

Saving money: Couchsurfing is a budget-friendly way to travel, or least a lower cost than traditional accommodations.

Adventure and spontaneity: Couchsurfing can be a great way to add an element of excitement and unpredictability to me travel plans, as I may not know exactly where I’ll be staying or who I’ll be meeting.
