Hi, my name is Dustin. I grew up in the suburban town of Frederick, MD. I've lived in several places around the country. After I graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, I've been working as a freelancer in Seattle, WA for the past 2 years. I know most people wonder "why not move to LA ?" Well, I'm mostly interested in being a 3D artist making video games, commercials, ads, and videos online. I'll also check out 3D printing when I can save up enough to afford one. I also worked as a raft guide in Harpers Ferry, WV

Making videos, both for fun and business (gotta pay the bills).

Finding new museums, galleries, and music venues.

Balancing time with friends and family while juggling multiple projects (there's quite a few).

Painting along with Bob Ross and trying to get that palate knife technique down.

I'm a big fan of console gaming (Nintendo and Sony), haven't bought the lastest consoles yet, so I'm enjoying the classics.

Music: Low-Fi bands like The Microphones, Mount Eerie, The National, Sigur Ros, I also have been getting into metal lately like Iron Maiden, Opeth, Ice and Earth, Slayer, ...it really varies a lot.

Movies: I like films by Wes Anderson (The Life Aquatic, Moonrise Kingdom, The Budapest Hotel, etc.) but I'm also partial to Darren Aronofsky (Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain, Black Swan), P.T. Anderson (Punch Drunk Love), Steven Spielberg, and Ridley Scott.

Books: I'm a fan of short stories and anthologies by H.P. Lovecraft, Ray Bradbury, and others. But I'm also into fantasy series like Tolkien, and I'm currently reading the Wheel of Time series.
