ABOUT ME

I am an easy going guy who enjoys spending time outdoors. Although I have not traveled very much, I love to do so and when I get the opportunity I always take advantage. I grew up in California and traveled all over the U.S. as a child. I have been to 42 of the 50 states, Mexico, Canada, Singapore, and I currently live in Tokyo, Japan. I am shy when I first meet people but once I warm up that wears off. I enjoy experiencing new cultures, food, traditions, and meeting new people. Rebecca is the exact opposite of me in terms of shyness. She feels comfortable talking to anyone and has no problem adjusting on the fly. She enjoys many of the same interests that I do. She has traveled quite a bit more than I have and enjoys snorkeling and scuba diving.

Interests

I enjoy experiencing new cultures, food, traditions, and meeting new people. I am an avid golfer in the summer and snowboarder in the winter. I recently began teaching snowboard lessons when I have the free time and loved it. I can't wait to teach more next winter. I have been a fan of hiking all of my life but never really got fully invested. A few years ago that changed and now I make at least 4-5 big trips every year along with smaller hikes when I have the time.
