About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm here to expose my brain to as much of this world as it can handle.
ABOUT ME
I always have a good sense of humour and look for the joke in any given situation. Shakespeare knew a thing or two about the wisdom of fools. I am at heart a romantic dreamer however, and can be quite sentimental sometimes. Knowledge and curry are my two main food groups. I am also somewhat obsessive-compulsive when it comes to cleanliness and order, which makes me a good surfing candidate, I think!
PHILOSOPHY
I always think for myself, but it's important to listen and learn. I have studied Chan Buddhism and I think the teachings and practice allow me to live well, so I follow them, more or less.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My only experience with CS so far has been the annual Paris rendez-vous of this year, which was awesome! I haven't hosted or surfed just yet, but I am ready to do both.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I met my first Couch Surfers in Paris while taking French classes. I found everyone in CS Paris to be really cool and I would love to meet more people! I plan on opening up my couch when I get back to the States.
Interests
I love the three B's: Bikes, Books and Brew (coffee AND beer). I'm into both the arts and the sciences, which includes writing/playing music and doing my own research on evolution. I'm a Linux guy and try to be as active in the community as I can. I also love to read when I have the time.
