ABOUT ME

Yoga, music and art for life. Creativity and expression for life. My goal has become to achieve without stress. Living a fun life with a calm heartbeat. I got some travelling coming up but I'll be building a tiny home when its time for planting roots. Enough deep. I have been to Peru, Mexico, and Nevada for Burning Man festival. And of course explored the west coast of Canada. BC is incredible, sometimes you gotta leave to come home. I am currently pouring myself into my woodworking, so music has taken a back seat for now but is always whispering. I like to make good food and commune over a meal with friends around the fire. Intereses

Turned into a reader. I will do yoga for the rest of my life. Hockey, gotta pot some goals in the beer leagues. Anything outdoors, that said id be more like the ground crew on a climbing trip, I don't need to empty my adrenaline tank every weekend. There are a lot of hard core out door peoples here so sometimes you feel like you should be conquering everything but fuck it, i like playin but i love to chill.

I love sharing and practising energy work. Playing anything that involves reading subtle energies is so fun, exploration of the inner world from an outer practice. I have a certificate in Acutonics, a sound frequency healing modality. I have studied light frequency healing as well, but I do believe that all you need is intuition. I also play solm guitar and love to cook.
