Overview
About Me
I grew up in rural South West England (Totnes) and lived there until the age of 19. Since then I have been studying and working in London as an architect. While taking every opportunity to explore new cultures, meet new people and occasionally go surfing when I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was fortunate to be brought up with a family that prioritised sharing and meeting people, we would do WWOOFing (working on local farms) for family holidays. I did this from around the age of 11 and have continued to work and stay at peoples houses through WWOOFing, Help X or Warm Showers whenever I am away. I haven't used Couch surfing much before but it has been highly recommended by friends. I believe these platforms are a brilliant way of gaining insight into a place through the eyes of someone who lives there and sees it for its everyday opportunities. It allows you to explore regions and meet people that you might not be able to do by yourself. I hope to offer back what I receive when I have a place of my own.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I cycled over 1000km in 9 days across France with a friend at the age of 19. We staying at people houses along the way through WarmShowers, a great website like Couchsurfing but for cyclists!
Teach, Learn, Share
everything or anything I know, also happy to help out with whatever is needed in the house.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Gratitude in buckets in return for your kindness and any insight into my home country or interests. I love meeting new people and am pretty low maintenance so I am happy to chat and get to know you (and hopefully make friends) or just to get on with my own thing and explore/work... whichever is best for you!
