About Me
Surfer, skater, hiker, burner, camper, adventurerer, amateur blues harp jammer, party er, nature lover, love to make food and fire, silly dancing, dressing up, plant medicine, consciousness explorer, yoga and meditation, thrift store treasure hunter, maker of things, addicted to roots reggae, blues music, live music and music festivals, interested in communal living, building solid connections and creating beautiful experiences with awesome human beings.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I travelled central and south America for 16 months and had the most amazing experiences whilst couch surfing.. connecting with so many beautiful people in this way is a reminder that life can be so exquisite in those simple moments when we make an effort to share what we can with whomever we happen to cross paths with.
Music, Movies, and Books
Old school roots reggae and blues and electronic dance music at outdoor festivals.. Many books have been read, but mostly these days it's the wisdom texts of the great spiritual teachers..
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My travels thus far have been one seriously amazing thing! I sailed from Cape Town to the Caribbean, surfed all over El Salvador, lived in a mushroom education community in guatemala, built cob cabanas in nicaragua, attended an 18 day tribal festival on a beach in panama and bussed and hitchhiked from the most northern part to the southern most tip of South America..
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach how to surf and skate, basic harmonica playing, carpentry and building and would love to learn and share more in these areas and I like to try most things at least once..
