About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To explore my creative side by following fabulous design courses online and offline

ABOUT ME

Hello to everyone,
I am Dutch, and after a boring life in the Netherlands I have worked and lived in Slovakia for 5 years. After that I have been backpacking for 2 years ending in Portugal where live with my friend and 5 cats .
I am sorry, no couch available, the houses far too small :(

At the moment I am studying design (online and offline) with Design1o1, and I absolutely love it. You can see what I make at barbarahoijtink and barbarahoijtinkStorytelling1o1 at Instagram

PHILOSOPHY

What comes around goes around. I strongly believe that If you do something good. It will return to you when you need it.

Never stop fighting, quit if you have to. But never become a puppet on the string of a stupid boss.

You can learn from anyone. Even from people you do not like. What I can teach or share. I have no idea. I have been trough a lot in my life, I can listen. Maybe even help by offering a shoulder to cry on.
I can teach what I have learned about making digital art and storytelling
And I can teach you how to bake the best pancakes and Dutch pea-soup in the world. No need to be modest always
