About Me

***Name is pronounced "Yee".

I'm twenty years old, of Vietnamese descent. I'm not sure what I want to do yet. I'm pretty sure I want to travel and get out of my town as I believe montony can be toxic. I am currently going to Thailand.. I'm ready for something new - people, sights , experiences, anything. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with, quiet, and open minded. I am more of a listener rather than a talker. Please don't feel offended if I am rather quiet and soft spoken.

I want to go anywhere.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hitchhiking and relying on the kindness of strangers.

Interests

Reading, writng, running, martial arts, photography, languages, food(I'll try just about anything; I'm not picky) and exploring.

I want to pick up the flute again and try the violin as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiked across the US in five rides, from upper east TN to San Jose, California. At least, it's the most exciting thing I've done so far!

Teach, Learn, Share

Learn and lead, a hard thing for me to swallow since I'm rather introverted. I will make an effort to try things once.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a rather ordinary and simple person. I don't have much, but I would rather be rich in experiences than in material goods(not that there is anything wrong with them; I am rather frugal myself)

Despite my age, I feel as if I have always had an old soul. I've always had a philosophical outlook, my mind always drifting to other places and worlds. I wanted to stop day dreaming and put my thoughts into action.

Countries I’ve Visited

Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
