Overview
About Me
Traveler at heart naturally - endlessly curious. Australian raised, I work in inclusion and diversity. I grew up in multicultural, multi-sociological Melbourne and enjoy meeting and hosting fun, open minded people
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
What's a better way to travel than the local experience? Looking to meet new and fascinating people.
Interests
Being a bit of a cinephile, movies and film festivals. Not just an art house snob, quite happy to catch the latest blockbuster.
Love going bush: lakes, forests, beach.
Dabbling in art and history.
Motorbikes and fishing, sometimes together.
National Geographic addict
and David Attenborough groupie.
Pop psychology and the human condition.
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: too many to share - anything by Marvel and Wong Kar Wai.
Music: how do people answer this? Totally mood dependent but live is better, 80s and 90s.
Books: don't read enough but the last good book I read was Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, before that something by Malcolm Gladwell.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Rode a motorbike through the Himalayas, north India.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Bad English, a shoulder to cry on, housekeeping skills and a drinking buddy if needed. General awesome, unadulterated company. Cook, clean and great with pets.
