Hi, I'm Duygu, a 24-year-old recent graduate in Urban Planning. I moved to Gdańsk about 3 months ago for long-term volunteering. Last year, I spent a semester as an Erasmus student at Politechnika Gdańska, which is where I first fell in love with this city :) Currently, I’m giving physical workshops, Turkish lessons, and Canva lessons to seniors as part of my volunteering work :)
( I’m currently staying in a volunteer house, so I’m unable to host guests at the moment. However, I hope to be able to accept surfers if a room becomes available after January 😊 )
In my free time, I love watching movies and dancing. I have about a year of amateur experience in salsa and bachata, and dancing has always been one of my favorite hobbies. I enjoy traveling, discovering new cultures,
wandering the streets of the city, taking architectural photographs and meeting new people. I'm a positive, open-minded, and eager to learn person, and I look forward to making new friends and sharing experiences on this journey! :)

I love Dostoevsky's 'Notes from Underground,' as well as films like 'The Shining' by Stanley Kubrick and those by Charlie Kaufman. When it comes to music, I don't have a specific taste I just listen to whatever I enjoy at the moment :)
