About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME

Dear couchsurfers: I guess people would say that I am:
Analytical, sensitive... A person who enjoys helping people, discovering extremely new things...
I realized a few years ago that relationships with people are what I feel the most passionate about (and that I cannot change that). My other passions include, traveling, photography (learning) and teaching languages. I consider myself quite easygoing, I don't usually have a problem putting myself in other people's shoes. I try to understand things; this is a really important thing to/about me. I'm not the best writing about myself because I don't enjoy it too much, but I understand it is important in order to Couchsurf. I do enjoy answering questions, so make sure to ask me whatever you need to know!

PHILOSOPHY
Travel is my religion. I love traveling because it's the most humbling thing in the world (if you do it "right").
The more I travel the less I know.
Time is gold.
People are irreplaceable.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I decided I wanted to be a full-time traveler 10 or 15 years ago. Now, I'm finally able to do it.
The reason I want to be a traveler has a lot to do with meeting new people and learning from them. I have been using hostels and other lodging options, but it's been more difficult to meet locals that way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know if it's amazing, but it surprises people to know that I once traveled from north South America to Buenos Aires for 2 days to tell someone I loved her.
On the other hand, in my opinion it's pretty amazing (given how sad my life used to be) to have been able to become a location-independent worker and travel around the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach languages, to play the guitar, about the nomadic lifestyle... I can give you relationship advice hehe.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Anything they want. I'm running out of Colombian coffee candy, but I still have some.
If there's anything you like from the country I'm currently in, I can try to bring it to you.

Countries I’ve Visited

China, Colombia, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United States, Viet Nam
