Cooking in the kitchens of Paris! Recent culinary school grad, trained at Jean-Georges in NYC for 4 months, looking for some high-end cuisine!

ABOUT ME

I'm pretty new to Paris, and only around for a few months. I'm really looking to meet food-oriented folks, and to find some unpaid work in a French kitchen. I love the markets, cooking in my tiny apartment with my girlfriend, and sounding like a slob when I try my French language skills.

PHILOSOPHY

I am always interested in others experiences in the world, especially if they are different or challenge my own views on things.

Interests

Music of all kinds: former punk rocker (I've grown up a little....but JUST a little) and metal head, I like weird/ambient electronic music and indie things. Jazz is great if its pre-1972. I love cooking (obviously) and I am trying to be more social since I have a habit of long walks alone or with my girlfriend.

Music, Movies, and Books

As I've said before, I enjoy all sorts of music. I read frequently, mostly classics but any sort of food writing as well. I'm not so much into movies, but I love good television including the Office (UK), Spaced, Lost, Little Britain, etc, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My trip to India was the most eye-opening ever.
