What's good, fellow CouchSurfers? My name's Dave. I'm a writer from Denver by-way-of Philadelphia. I'm a little shy, so I may sometimes seem over-polite and distant before I get to know you -- but don't worry: I'm a pretty good guy (if a tad cynical at times), and I love meeting new people and seeing unfamiliar places.

I've both hosted and surfed through CouchSurfing, and have yet to have anything less than an awesome experience.

By day, I'm a creative executive (read: editor) at a tiny literary management company. By night, I moonlight as a DJ and music blogger.
