I didn't verify my account since we now have to pay for it. I started Couchsurfing a long time ago, when it was a free community with a free spirit. Therefor I fell it's against the general idea of this community to have us pay for it now.

ABOUT ME

I'm not sure it's possible but i fell in love with traveling during my first vacation all by my self in California when i was 18. Since then, i've been traveling mostly to visit friends I already had...
I am now a video journalist for the international committee of the red cross.

PHILOSOPHY

I love quotes so i will resume my philosophy with two of them :
"Croquer la vie à pleines dents" (= literally, eating the life with full teeth, but really just enjoying every moment of life)
"un mal pour un bien" ( a bad for a good, which means that for every bad staff that happen, you can always find a good thing that comes out of it)

Watching a very cheesy tv show, i find an other quote who actually works better : "Someone once said; "It's the good girls who keep diaries. The bad girls never have the time." Me? I just wanna live a life I'm gonna remember, even if I don't write it down." That's my big plan for now on : trying to live a life worth remembering. !

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I traveled, I find that hospitality is a very important part of a trip. I just want to meet new people and help them if i can in their travels... All to make this experience full of joy and adventure !!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed on Mariam's couch (tweedle-me), in Lille in August.
I surfed on Laurent's couch in Paris in November.
I went to a few CS's meeting in Lille.
I went to the Fete de la Soupe in Lille, to the Rouendez-vous in Rouen, and the Normandie Summer Camp in Clecy.
I surfed on very confortable coachs in Australia and Malaysia.
I went to a lot of weekly meetings in Grenoble.

Every time it was a really nice one : meeting new people fun to be around :)

Interests

I have very diverse interests. Like we say in french, "j'aime passer du coq à l'âne", which mean talking about or doing something then talking about or doing something totally different.
I'm a Tv show fan (mostly from the US), but i totally stop watching during summer time. I like taking pictures (usually crazy/funny ones), writing stories, laying in the grass listening to calm music, a good grill with friends, dancing in a club until the sun comes back,...

Music, Movies, and Books

I love going to the movies, so i try to go once every two weeks at least. I don't have a favorite kind : just like to be surprise :)

To be honest, i don't think i have much to teach or share yet. All I know i learned from someone else, but i'll gladly share their knowledge.
And well, i like to be surprise and learn new things, so i'm open to any suggestions.
