American volunteering in South Africa. I'm a young professional taking a break from life Stateside to give my time to a charity by working with their marketing and communications. Love meeting new people, having adventures, and seeing the different ways people live. In my life back home, I work primarily in theatre as a creative producer, arts administrator, and admirer of adorable piglets.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Although I've been in the Western Cape for several months, I'm working in a remote area with a small social circle primarily of other foreign volunteers. I would love to meet some more of the locals and see the country from a more South African perspective.

Unfortunately, I am not in a position to host guests as I live on a project ran by the local charity. I hope you'll trust me to pay-it-forward when I'm set up back in the US!
