ABOUT ME

My friends might say I'm a genuinely great person, but to be honest, I'm not particularly versed in thinking about myself in the third person, so bear with me: I enjoy the company of people of all cultures. I love to learn of different ways of thinking. I am not a vague person, I love being specific! I am an engineer at heart (and professionally), I think logically, but I would rather feel intuitively, that's why I am travelling! I am respectful, I treat others as I would want in return. I am clean and I keep a clean environment. I love a good discussion. I love facts, even pointless ones, I'm your phone-a-friend. I am going to stop talking now.

PHILOSOPHY

Treat others with respect and without judgement.. as I would appreciate in return.

Interessen

I love the outdoors, I love going for walks. I love the mountains, I love the ocean, but most of all I love rivers! Music is one of my passions, I cannot yet create it, but my goal is to learn while I'm travelling. I find live music fascinating, and I can usually appreciate music of all flavours. I love cycling, I do a lot of road cycling at home and am keen to get into downhill mountain biking. I build bikes just for fun, there is something so beautifully simple about the bicycle. My friends and family come to me to have their bikes built or serviced. White water kayaking, Surfing, wake boarding and snowboarding are all things I could do everyday if I could..

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

White water rafting in New Zealand and Kayaking in Nymboida Australia are memories I revere. I love the power of rivers, where the raw power of a rapid is something most find frightening, I find inviting.

On my last trip to the US, I flew over the Grand Canyon by helicopter and was in awe of the sheer scale of the place. It was jaw dropping. That day I continued to drive to Las Vegas, and upon arriving at my hotel I saw banners in the lobby that my favourite band of all time was playing that night IN my hotel.. I bought tickets before checking in.. it was the best concert I have been too and the perfect 'icing on the cake' of what was a fantastic day. When events line up like this you can't help but feel blessed.
