I'm a 23 year old photographer and English teacher, living in the San Francisco bay area. I graduated from college in New York City in May with my degree in photography and just finished teaching English in Vietnam.

I love love love to travel, though I don't get to as much as I would like. There's so much to see in the world and I want to get to all of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couch surfed for the first time a year ago in December when I went to Greece with a friend. It was such a fantastic way to see Athens, having our hosts show and tell us what was worth doing and what wasn't. Right now I'm living with family and can't host but by the end of the month I am hoping to move out and be able to start hosting.

Just couchsurfed for the first time twice in Athens and had a great time, very nice hosts there.

Interests

Art, especially film and photography. Music, most kinds, though Country isn't my thing. Travel, cooking, books. Interested in politics, even though it often frustrates me. Interesting to talk about though. History. Most things actually, I'm a woman of many interests!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's hard to think of something for this but... Probably the first thing that comes to mind is watching the sun rise from the top of Masada after hiking up it at a ridiculously early hour. So cool to see the sun rise after working so hard to get up the side of the mountain, though mildly terrifying since I hate heights! Made my swim in the dead sea right afterwards all the more rewarding though!
