About Me

I am a trans
Mostly gay
gentle
cat man
wizard dude.

A punster
scarecrow
sunflower,

the son of the sea
with soldier’s heart -
just looking for home

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm finally starting to put down some roots, and am starting to find home. I've found myself. I've had heaps of wanderlust for life, but I feel better having built a nest. I want to bring back shiny bits of stories to weave through the branches

Music, Movies, and Books

Buddy Holly almost since birth, Elvis, Johnny Cash, Dropkick Murphys, sprinkled with any and everything else. Catch me singing disney music all the time, secretly listening to Epic Rap Battles of history cleaning the floor at work before we open, listening to my grandparent's music with stars in my eyes

Check out this bit of coolness! https://open.spotify.com/user/spotify/playlist/37i9dQZF1E9DK3Ifwlx3qI?si=R5dLC-p3QsWRcrVFGOwjYA

Movies are the way I go. I curl up with favorites over and over again. A grilled cheese sandwich with pickles on the side movies. Movies from the heart

I have a bookshelf that's absolutely lovely to me, Tamora Pierce, Susan Cooper, S. Bear Bergman and more, but I could loan them all out and feel glad in the loaning and be happy if they never came back, save one. I'd miss The Golden Compass terribly. It's my family bible. I read it at age nine and keep coming back to it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've survived, and I'm starting to thrive

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook a fair bit, but not too much in the way of being a kitchen witch - I can't look at the fridge and make magic with it. But if I have a recipe I *love* to share my food with people. I can sing(ish) and find some karaoke to bask in. I love to dance. I've never couchsurfed before, but I want to go to New Orleans this winter. The culture, the music, the city. Also, I want to run away from a New England March for once.

Countries I’ve Lived In
