About Me

I'm a positive person. I am a guy who always wants to learn more about everything. I'm very easy going and always try to find the good in things. I'm always ready to discover someone or something new.

I have a very free spirit and mindset.

After a few years in a IT company as a developer, it was time for me to leave my job and to travel indefinitely!
I did it...
...for many years. Now, I'd like to live in different places all around the world and not just traveling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here mainly to meet new people, to help and be helped and share great moments.
I really want to meet new people, learn something from them and teach them what I know.

I've already met a lot of people so far ! My ultimate goal is to meet the ultimate travel mate...

Interests

I'm interested in more or less everything and everyone.
I really like many things. Culturaly, it's difficult to list them all . Socially , I like to know new people and discover and learn new things from them-
-and share what i have to share.
I very like reading and writing. It's always interesting to learn new things or to escape into his imagination.
I love music. It carries me away in my thoughts.
I appreciate languages, but I do not take the time to get involved and learn more.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all kind of music, more or less. You can check my Last FM profile here: http://www.lastfm.fr/user/Dyrits! I don't scrobble anymore-
My favorite movie is probably Cloud Atlas.
Jamin Winans, with the movies Ink and The Frame, is one of my favorite director and composer-
I read a lot of SFFF, like Brandon Sanderson's books who is my favorite author.
Le Comte de Monte-Cristo wrote by Alexandre Dumas is my favorite book.
And I'm a whovian.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's not amazing but I visited many countries in Europe with my parents when I was a child. I don't have a lot of memories of that , and that's why I want to rediscover the world by myself .

I lived with 6 strangers in a big house in Nantes during 2 years and half. It was a great experience!

I left my job in order to travel indefinitely.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can't teach you how to cook but you can teach me if you want.
I speak French and English. I have a TEFL certification, so I should be able to teach you a bit if needed...
I plan to become a coach/teacher in Computer Science | Web Development so I should be able to teach you a lot about those if you are interested.

In fact, I'm actually looking for students who are willing to learn for free. I need to get more experience as a teacher before doing it professionally.

I ready to learn everything and to teach it to the next person I'll met!

I have nice stories to share about my trip!
