About Me

I'm from the United States (Chicago-area originally) living and working out here in PDX. I moved out west after completing University. I've lived in the US my whole life and but am always looking for opportunities to live and explore somewhere new and meet new folks! I've always had an appreciation for traveling and living abroad in Sweden during University on exchange made this doubly true. I enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities (hiking, biking, skiing, climbing etc.) and like to think I have fairly good taste in film and music. I also love trying new things, but especially new foods (and I'm working on perfecting a handful of dishes of my own)! (I'm also very tidy and extremely low maintenance)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Many friends recommended couchsurfing as a great community to get to know people from unique places. I've had the privilege of traveling with friends from around the world and being invited into the lives and homes of others. I hope to share my life and my time in a similar spirit to those who have been so gracious to me.
