About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learn Serbo-Croatian among other Slavic languages, and travel all Eastern Europe/ex-USSR.
ABOUT ME
I am an Australian in love with Eastern Europe and especially South Slavic countries. Right now I am working in Australia to be able to start studies next year in Novi Sad, Serbia.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people. I used it whilst travelling in Balkans to make friends and find hosts, and once I'm in a position to host myself I will be honoured to.

Music, Movies, and Books
In music, I'm a massive fan of Algerian raï, ex-Yugo rock/pop/folk, rap music, classic Persian pop, French rap, nearly anything Arabic/Latin, and singer-songwriters (but I'll try anything).
Book-wise, I like to read about world history, but regarding literature/poetry I'm a fan of Neruda, García Márquez, Camus, Popa, Yeats and my top inspiration in art and life, Khalil Gibran.
Finally, in cinema I'm addicted to slow cinema, more emotive films, I'm a big fan of Jean-Pierre Léaud, Abbas Kiarostami, Davor Dujmović, Ciro Guerra, and Theo Angelopoulos.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I ditched my family on a visit to Lifou during 2018 to hang around with a group of locals I came across.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some Serbo-Croatian, or merengue dance.
I'm open to learn whatever you have to teach.
