Über mich
Solo traveling until I physically can't! Since I was a child, I scoured the globe on my desk, fascinated and dreaming of the day when I would have the means to explore the world. My love for people and what makes us all unique, is what drives me to continue meeting as many faces as I can, and listen to the experiences that shape and inspire us all.
A bit about my character, I like to think I'm pretty laid back and a fella with no expectations. Just grateful to be here and alive!
Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin
Surfing the high seas of couches and what it entails is enough to get any traveler interested. People, culture, traditions, different perspectives, different approaches to life, etc. At the core of this community, it's not about helping thy neighbor, but it's about helping thy stranger which I find beautiful and incredible. It's a community that I would love to not only be a part of, but contribute to one day!

Lehren, lernen, teilen
I can teach some Japanese and English. I can and would like to share a futon in Tokyo (my family still doesn't "do" couches lol) and a couch in the US, and wherever I will end up after this trip.
Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann
Besides a helping hand when needed? Hopefully an exchange of ideas, perspectives, culture and most importantly, couches (or futon!) in the future.
