I was born in London, grew up in Texas, went to college and worked in San Diego, and now live in London again. I played lots of baseball while I was growing up, but during college I became much more interested in travel, technology, and education. I'm passionate about meeting new people, exploring new places, and making positive things happen in the world.

I believe that life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it, and that we should use use what we have to build things that push humanity forward, towards a more equal and abundant society.

I've couchsurfed with super cool people in Chile, Costa Rica, San Francisco, and Hawaii. Each experience has been a ridiculous amount of fun, and a great way to meet new people and broaden my perspective on life.

I've watched the sun rise over Mt. Kangchenjunga in the Himalayas. It was incredible. The whole mountain turned gold.
