ABOUT ME

I am a 23 year old outdoor enthusiast living in Salt Lake City, Utah. I live in an awesome area in the valley with some big pals. I was studying computer science at the University of Utah but decided it wasn't my passion and I needed some time to clear my head. I have worked at an Apple retail store for a few years now and love every second of it. When I am not working I am out hiking around the Salt Lake Valley, mountain biking, skiing, camping, etc. I have a huge passion for vinyl records and I like to play them loud. Meeting new people is always a fun experience, so lets go out and grab a drink!

PHILOSOPHY

Do what feels right. I don't think I make it through a day without using this phrase. It's really simple. I struggle with plans so this motto helps with spontaneity.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No couch surfing experience, yet! I heard about couch surfing when I was traveling abroad in Europe. My guide told us all about it and it sounded awesome! I never thought to use in until now. I'm stoked to be a host and to travel around and stay with outgoing, unique individuals

I love to disc golf near my house. I have a fast growing vinyl record collection and I am always listening to music. Reading Chuck Palahniuk novels. Hiking, mountain biking and skiing are big passions of mine and as of recently rock climbing

Music: Nirvana is my absolute favorite band. Most music that came out of the 90's has a spot in my heart. The same goes for 70's rock. Zeppelin, Sabbath, Dylan, The Doors, CCR, Steve Miller Band, Cat Stevens, etc. I love a lot of the music coming out nowadays too but there's just too many to list. Not a fan of EDM or Dubstep

Movies: David Fincher is my favorite director especially the movie Zodiac. I'm a Star Wars fan/nerd so I hope we can discuss everything that happened a long time ago in a galaxy far far away. My absolute favorite movie would have to be GardenState though.

Books: I Chuck Palahniuk is amazing! Read Damned, just do it. Big fan of the Harry Potter series. 1984 is probably my favorite book
