ABOUT ME

My name is Dylan. I am a Russophile with a strong wanderlust who is quite fond of breaking any boundaries that I find in my daily life. I am currently living in my home town of Rutherfordton after a move from Chicago to Durham to Winston Salem. I have spent the last year working with charter schools and traveling extensively over the Southeast. I hope to move down to Mexico soon. I do so love an open road.

I find myself traveling a ton for work and play, have never met a stranger, and always love to see a new place from the eyes of a local.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was living in Russia, we ran away from our program and spent the weekend living in a dacha (summer home) that had been donated to the US diplomatic core by Stalin in the early 1950s.
