About Me

[Please, don't offend me by sending a copy-paste request :) ]

Hi potential future host or guest! I won't let you read a whole book about how cool or weird I am, so I'll try to mention the most important things you have to know about me :)

Easygoing
open-minded
values, friends, traveling, debating, politics,...
eating, talking, laughing, drinking,...
relaxed, stressed.. moody.
food.. lebanezzzz..
(belgian) beer..
non-fiction..
are words that I think describe me.. partially :)

I'm graduating in business and am very serious in what I do, but I'm more funky than you think!

I love sharing my traveling experiences as much as I love to hear the other's, I've taken a year off to travel (backpack if you prefer) and volunteer...

I would rather host a talkative couchsurfer with a lot of traveling experience too... but I'm not that judgemental, so don't let that comment scare you off if you feel you don't have enough experience!

MY TRAVEL EXPERIENCE (some biographical stuff.. you don't HAVE to read this)

2011: first solo trip and english course in California
2012: solo trip and english course in NYC
2013: bro trip thailand
2014-2015: round-the world trip that ended up in Asia and Middle-east trip --> even better than expected!

Extra-EU countries I've recently (still young) visited: (Bragging rights...)
Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, South Korea, Nepal, India, Iran, Turkey, Georgia, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Indonesia, Qatar, Jordan, Israel/Palestine, USA, Canada, Morocco, Egypt,...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Human interaction is one of the crucial aspects of traveling --> duhhhh
Discussing about a country issue, challenge, asking about the food, being shown around,... is better done accompanied by a local --> duhhhh

So far I've hosted people (with/without CS) from the following countries and helped them visiting my small, but so culturally rich country :
Canada III
France II
Germany II
Poland I
Spain I
Sweden I
Switzerland II
UK I

I LOVE PERSONALISED REQUESTS
I LOVE RECEIVING CS REFERENCES (POSITIVE OR NOT)

Interests

I used to practice a lot of sports like judo, boxing, swimming and fitness, but university life has screwed that part a bit (update 1: a lot to be honest; update 2: everything) last years.
