Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To experience life with different people and keep myself moving.
ABOUT ME
I like to travel, experience places from new points of view, and find new opportunities. The road less traveled attracts me. I am from the east coast, lots of it, North and South!
PHILOSOPHY
Balance is key, not to say one has to walk the middle of the road at all times. After all, how can you know what the middle of the road looks like if you've never been to either side? It's all about confidence in your beliefs, open-mindedness, and activity. When we cease to change, we cease to grow and are no longer part of this world, we are stagnant. Take a chance and whatever the outcome, learn from it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We are surfers mostly as our own places do not facilitate extra company very well.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Lollapaolooza '09. It was absolutely great! We had an awesome host and met so many fun/open people at the Surfing Party that weekend. Everyone was relaxed, themselves, and yearning for more--perfect.
Interests
Music, diversity, art, and all the other fine aspects of life. Eastern philosophies, philosophy in general, good discussions, trying the road less traveled, taking advantage of opportunities (and doing so with friends).

Music, Movies, and Books
5th Element, Practical Magic, Matrix, V for Vendetta, The Secret Garden.
Harry Potter, The City and the Stars, His Dark Materials, Gone With the Wind
Music is too vast to narrow down, but I am always happy to talk about new/old music with people!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveled to Asia alone with my backpack, flying standby. Attended SKorea's former president's Roh Moo-hyun's memorial, by accident.
This event is followed very closely by camping in Glacier Bay, Alaska.
Teach, Learn, Share
Language difference is hardly a barrier. All you need is patience and good miming skills (oh, and nice smile never hurts).
Countries I’ve Visited
