About Me

ABOUT ME

It's not so easy to desribe myself, anyway I think that I am an extroverted person who is eager to meet new people. I love studying foreing languages and travelling so couch surfing is the perfect site for me. I'm rather easy-going and I get in touch with people qucikly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couchsurf mainly, but I also host from time to time and meet for "coffee or drink".

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Over three years ago I created a couchsurfing account and I have to admit thatI had no idea it would change my life so much. Couchsurfing gave me many new outlooks on life and brought me a great number of crazy adventures. I've met a lot of people with whom I keep in touch till today. Right now I can't imagine a different way to travel. It's not only the way to save some money but above all it's a way to meet many interesting people who can show you around and share their culture and cuisine.
Here some examples of my couchsurfing experience:
1. Couchsurfing in San Fransisco in a big loft in the heart of the city with 14 international people.
2.Our host Austin invited us to his father's summer house in San Diego. It wasn't a house actually, it was a huge villa, the most beautiful estate I have ever seen. 10 bedrooms fitted with bathroom, billard, swimming pool, jacuzzi, zipline, tennis court. Spending the night at this splendid mansion was something unforgetabble.
3. Couchsurfing in the dormitory with international students, just in the centre of Edinburgh.
4. The big american house party with 40 people, red cups and DJ in Orange County for which one of the couchsurfers took us. It was a true american experience.
5. Couchsurfing in Bergen Norway in another huge villa with 20 couchsurfers from all over the world.

Interests

I love traveling ( I suppose it's a hobby of almost every CS member)
I adore animals! As far as I can remember I've been alwyas interested in them. When I travel I am also keen on looking for wild animals, birds as well. I was snorkeling with dolphins, turtles and various fish in Hawaii. My dream is to explore the fauna in Australia, do volunterring with penguins in southern America and ride an elephant :)
I like dancing. So far I've practised lots of kinds of dancing : jazz, gymnastique, hip-hop. Right now I do dance salsa and burlesque in Torun
I love cooking! Actually when I was in high school wasn't paying any attention to it but when I moved from my hometown and I started to live on my own I loved it. I like healthy cooking, preapring dinners, deserts etc,
I am also fond of football juggling, but only as an amateur.
And the most important thing - foreing languages, I love to study languages and I think I want to focus on languages in my future as well. I study english, spanish, french and arabic.
