ABOUT ME

Hello my name's Eamonn. I'm currently trying to complete a simple book that I've been working on for the past year about the experiences of unemployed people in Ireland (particularly people who used their time without a job to rethink their lives and shape them to off in a new direction). it's a great excuse to travel and experience other people's lives. Although at this stage I've been all round Ireland and I should probably just write the damn thing.

It used to be as a fall back if I needed to get to a place in Ireland that I didn't know anybody in. Now it's because.............................
well, if I used it more often it'd be good because it's a very positive concept, promoting interactions which don't revolve around money.

I've gotten around most of Ireland in the last year (I want to get around all of it). I also travelled the length of Spain in week and spent a week in Hare Krisna collective farm in the Belgian mountains.
