ABOUT ME

There is something calming to me about banana trees. I describe myself as a 'clumsy language whore' -- I love to learn new languages, but I often get so excited by the prospect of learning a new language that I forget to gain competency in a previously studied language.

PHILOSOPHY

Internal spasticity is much easier on beautiful days.
Be happy and friendly, it's the only way to live.
I believe in karma.
Learn how to say "Thank You" in as many languages as possible.
Music makes the world go round... or at least makes the ride more pleasant.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted more than I've surfed. I've been MIA for a while as I've been relocating my life, but I'm hoping to reemerge!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had a handful of very positive couchsurfing experiences both through members I've connected with via couchsurfing.org, and from friends of friends. It's been a while since I've been in a position to host, but I'm hoping to be able to contribute where I may.

Movies.. I have never been a great movie person.
