I'm currently living in Thailand and am a teacher at a bilingual school. I teach math and science in English. I'm an artist and a photographer, a coffee enthusiast, an adventure seaker, and an athlete. In a few years, I plan to go back to school for a Special Education masters but for now, Thailand has plenty to keep me busy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that knowing a space is more important than seeing a space. Couch Surfing will hopefully provide a knowledge of new places rather than just the cursory glance most tourists get.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was part of a team that received a National Geographic grant to photograph the tattoos of old men in a small village in Laos.
